The AstraZeneca Authentics Program is a support program for patients who have been prescribed one of AstraZeneca’s eligible branded drugs. These are drugs produced by AstraZeneca that were initially marketed as new chemical entities – most of which now have generic alternatives.

Financial assistance

AstraZeneca Authentics continues to provide the same level of financial assistance that was offered to patients through our partnerships with innoviCares® and RxHelp™ ONE. In fact, for patients currently receiving assistance through either of these providers, nothing will change. They can continue to use their old card to receive their medication, and AstraZeneca will continue to cover up to the difference in the prescription cost of AstraZeneca branded medication* and the generic alternative. For patients new to AstraZeneca Authentics, they will have to join the program and download their AstraZeneca Authentics Savings Card to be able to receive the same financial assistance.

In addition to financial assistance, AstraZeneca Authentics provides patient tools, resources, and medication information designed to help patients understand their treatment and encourage them to continue to take it as prescribed.

AstraZeneca Authentics represents AstraZeneca’s continued commitment to offering a holistic approach to patient care. This includes providing medication as well as support while they are receiving their medication.
